Korean crossed double eyelids
Also known as “embedded double eyelids”, is the most popular double eyelid surgery in Korea, no cuts needed. The doctor will sew three or four stitches on a patient’s upper eyelid at a specific position or embed a feather thread in a predetermined position of the binocular eyelids to create artificial adhesion, which can have the effect of the binocular eyelids. This method is simple and suitable for people with thin eyelids and less fat in the eye sockets.
Traditional double eyelid surgery
For the traditional double eyelid surgery method, includes upper eyelid incision, remove the appropriate amount of epidermis, muscle and fat, then sew up the eyeliner, scar hidden in the eyelid fold, not easy to be seen. Surgery can remove excess eyelids and accumulated fat and improve the aging of the eyes. Suitable for people with thicker, swollen or sagging eyelids.
